Using The Walden University Database - 766 Words

I obtained my sources by using the Walden University database. The database was very helpful for me in accordance with the topic in the lesson plan. The method I chose was to place a title for my source needed in the EBSco search. This gave me the selection of choices for my topic. One reason for this is because the Walden University Database very dependable in providing credible sources to augment my research. I can use sources online, but one has to be very careful because some sources are not scholarly reviewed, and may contain unsubstantiated claims not backed up by empirical research. Sources such as those ending in .org, or .edu are safer than some of the more generic types, but with the Walden database their sources are more trustworthy. The articles chosen dictate the problem with organizational stress, how to cope with the stress, and how to reduce stress by understanding the new environment today’s leaders face.
